Supply only in replacement of Hot Water tank Complete Suitable for 500 LPD capacity of Solar Water Heater with provision of electric backup supply incl all accessories including taking down of Solar water heater including taking down of SWH storage type cap 500 LPD incl disconnecting electrical & water supply connection, dismantling, stripping up for inspection for repair, cleaning, replacement of UNSV parts and re-assembling & refixing in position complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Solar Flat plate Collector (BIS/ISI Approved) of follwing specification :No. of Fins & Tubes : 09 Nos. Absorber Area : 2 Sqm Copper Riser : Dia. 12.7mm x 0.45mm thik Copper Absorber sheet : 0.10 Thk 2 No. Copper Header : Dia. 25.4 mm x 0.60 mm thik Header Inlet / Outlet : Brass Flange with necessary asbestos gasket & rubber grommet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:-Tata BP Solar/Sun Stellar/Inter Solar/RES.

Supply, fixing , testing & commissioning of toughened U.V Glass ( 1 Mtr X 2 Mtr ) in replacement and as per existing size of glass for collector complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connection of capacity 500/300 litres per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testing complete:- (a) Descaling/desludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals/Anti corrosive/Anti scaling agent solution, cleaning and washing all copper tube & water circulated pipes of heat convector sets thoroughly cleaning the complete solar panel of making the tube scale free and reassembling the panel. (b) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete.

Material and labour for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connection of capacity 2000 litres per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testing complete:- (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nuts bolts , washers, unions, sockets flanges and screw etc complete. (b) Repair of collector fins incl required welding works etc complete. (c) Testing on completion after Repair work and making the Solar Water Heater functional in each aspects. Note:- The Spare parts such as Solar energy collector panel, toughened glass, rubber gasket, hose pipe, insulation for hot water pipe, Assembly ,heating element, thermostat, Water Storage tank, gate valve/float valve, MS Clamp shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour for Gas welding of leaking joint in the flat panel collector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement heating element 2 KW complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermostate for heating element 2 KW complete all as all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor 6 sqmm (FRLS) drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (PART-III) 1983 marked or relevant ISI marked with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone/ precost PCC block masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall as per existing including 4 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiringcomplete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - 2 runs of 6 sqmm single cable , one run of 6 sqmm earth wire cable and PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit/1Rm)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Front side collector leg made of angle iron complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Rear side collector leg made of angle iron complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement GI pipe med grade incl all GI fittings, on wall/floor or following sizes:-

(a) 15mm dia

(b) 20 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

Supply & Fixing in replacement for providing 50mm thick insulation with glass wool, chicken mesh & aluminum sheet (26 guage) thick on GI pipe for solar heating system of following sizes of GI pipe:-

(a) 20 mm dia

(b) 25 mm dia

Supply & Fixing in replacement Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe (Make : Zoloto/Leader/Techno) and fixed of following sizes:-

(a) 20 mm dia

(b) 25 mm dia

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections in rafters, purlins and posts or hollow square pipe as in tiles battens/purlins, nut bolts etc. where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and nut, bolts etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel painting to new steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 Ltr Capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trencehs / post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 2 m in depth n exc 1.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers in a hard soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erect Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) in replacement of old RCC Unsl electricial pole

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.
