:REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS ARE URGENTLY REQUIRED TO BE CARREID OUT FOR REPAIRING AND GAS CHARGING OF AIR CONDITIONERS-40 NOS INSTALLED IN DIFFERENT UNITS OF LALGARH JATTAN MIL STN Disconnecting the electrical connection of the Air Conditioner (any size and make) and taking down from its position installed at Ground/First floor/ Second Floor of Bldg from bracket/stand, opening the AC and remove the unserviceable spare parts, Cleaning the AC from Dust using blower, Cleaning the air filters, replacement of following U/S Parts and fixing the Air Conditioner after making the AC functional and its all parts complete as original and at original place including making electrical connections and testing etc (a) Compressor 1.5 Ton AC Note :- (i) Gas charging and gas shall be paid and measured separately under appropriate item of this Sch and cost of cappilary tube and dryer filter shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates =05 Each (b) Servicing of window/split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 tons complete with water washing, filter cleaning, cleaning of condensor tubes, cleaning of cooling coil of evaporator, lubrication of fan motor etc 40 Each (c) Power circuit plate/Board (PCB) of window/split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 tons =15 Each (d) Starting relay assembly complete for window/split type AC =15 Each (e) Thermostat temperature switch suitable for window/split type AC =15 Each (f) Starting capacitor 100-120 mfd oil filled, 230volt, suitable for window/split type AC =15 Each (g) Fan motor 185 watt, copper wound, single phase 240 Volts =15 Each (h) AC indoor Blower fan motor 50 watt, copper wound, single phase 240 Volts= 15Each (j) AC Swing Blade Motor 5/10 watt, copper wound, single phase 240 Volts = 15 Each (k) AC indoor unit Swing Blades, suitable for Indoor unit of split type AC = 15 Each (l) AC indoor Blower fan Bush, suitable for Indoor unit of split type AC= 15 Each (m) AC indoor Display Unit, suitable for Indoor unit of split type AC =15 Each (n) Heat Condensing coil suitable for outdoor unit of 1.5/2.0 TR SplitType AC= 15 Each (o) Indoor Cooling Condenser suitable for indoor unit of 1.5/2.0 TR SplitType AC= 15Each (p) Over load protector suitable for split/window type AC = 15 Each (q) Cleaning/ Flushing out the gas system with anti corrosive solution (CO2), with anti-moisture substance, condenser tubing by vacumisation, pressure testing of the system, demoisturising the system, supply and charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil in the window/split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 Ton to its rated capacity including brazing, checking of leakage, rectification of leakage in the entire system if any and testing on full load =35 each
