TURIP 2025-26 IMPROVEMENT OF BT ROADS, CC ROADS AND PAVER BLOCK ROADS IN GUDALUR MUNICIPALITY.

Removal of the Black Topped (BT) surface to 50 to 70mm depth using Milling machine, including conveying the milled waste materials away from the worksite to an average distance including hire and running charges for the machine, conveyance charges, unloadunloading at unobjectionable place, cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all othe incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cu.m of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cu.m of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous surface. Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including Reflectorising Glass Beads at 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Vibrated Cement Concrete of grade M15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths Hire charges for Tools and plants and incidental charges etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for drain Side Walls

Removing and Stocking of existing Paver Block of Size 83mm/63mm thick carefully reuse at the site and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade (EXIXTING PAVER BLOCK)83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone dust filling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for CC Pavement (Including Centring Charges)

Supplying and fixing of 12mm thick Bitumen pad at 5.00Meter Center to center including. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Chiping the Existing Damaged Cement Concrete Surface including. Cost of Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
