Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, ramming, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Labour charges for laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 Stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including all labour T & P etc, but excluding cost of all material required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. (curring complete)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981)Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

Labour charges for steel reinforcement in R.C.C. Work including cutting, bending, binding and placing for required shape but excluding cost of all steel.

Labour charges of R.C.C. work with cement , coarse sand & 20mm gauge approved Stone aggregate in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C. Lintel Band excluding necessary centering & shuttering, supply of reinforcement and all material but including labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Labour charges for 12mm thick plaster with proportion of 1:6 cement & approved coarse sand with scaffolding complete in all respect.

Labour charges for 40mm thick cement concreate flooring in 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4, 20mm stone grit) laid in one layer with neat cement with all T&P etc complete.

25mm thick cement plaster in dado / skirting in 1:2 consiting of one part of cement and 2 part of approved coarse sand laid in panels, finihed with 3mm floating coat of neat cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper compltion of the work.

Supply & filling of cinder in sunken portion of building including breaking into required sizes including supply of all material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm).

S/F of hexagonal fan box with hexagonal side of approx 80mm in length fabricated from 16SWGM.S. sheet incorporating 10mm dia, M.S. round barduly bent for supporting fan hanger dully painted withred oxide and screwing arrangement with wiring conduit laid in the R.C.C. roof before concreting along with supply of all materials, labour T & P etc., for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). (Main Building)
