M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip of 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earthing test point or disconnecting / testing link including excavation/ earth work in any strata, removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering and funnel, GI Pipe medium grade 40mm dia for earth lead protection, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with chamber cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1.

Supply and filling pulverized stone dust to the full width of trenches for cushioning with layers of stone dust 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Supplying and laying unreinforced Precast Cement Concrete Cable Covers, Class LV, Type - 1, Flat, size 250mm X 150 mm X 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of any size/type from trenches/ walls/ poles/ pipes all as directed and as specified.

Supply,laying,jointing,connecting,testing underground XLPE insulated,PVC seathed, armoured heavy duty electric LT cable,1100volts grade with aluminium stranded conductor,6sqmm 2core,laid in trenches/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes with suitable size cable glands,crimping type cable lugs,sockets etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Quoted rate are deemed to include Earth work and excavation ,necessary foundation i.e reinforcement,holding down bolts, nuts, washer of suitable size concrete etc complete pole as per manufactures instruction and standards and necessary accessories for mounting light fittings on pole. (ii) Light fitting will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Quoted rate is inclusive of demolition of existing deteriorated RCC poles.

Taking down of ACSR conductor by unbinding from insulators, taking out the insulator and conductor after shutting dowm from respective feeder all as directed.

M & L for dismantling existing bollard/ Post top light fittings after carefully disconnecting the electric supply, shifting and refixing at different location within Brichgunj Mil Stn and making necessary electrical connections all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Excavation, PCC foundation and wiring if required will be measured and paid in relevant items of BOQ.
