Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches, etc., in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC incluidng straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position, complete in all respect for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separtely for different diameters as actually used in work excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Double layer tile lining for water storage tanks, consisting of:- (HSR 19.26)(b) (i) 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 in sub-grade (ii) First layer of 3.81 cm thick tiles of 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm: laid in 1:5 cement mortar, as mentioned above (iii) Sand wiched plaster 1:3 cement mortar 15 mm thick (iv) Second layer of tiles, laid in 1:3 cement mortar, with 6 mm mortar over sand wiched plaster, including cost of dressing sub-grade, scaffolding and curing, etc., complete in all respects- (b) on side slops

Single layer tile lining for water storage tanks, consisting of:- {HSR 19.26)(b) based on} (i) 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 in sub-grade (ii) First layer of 3.81 cm thick tiles of 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm: laid in 1:5 cement mortar, as mentioned above, complete in all respect. (b) on side slops

Providing and fixing 2" long G.I. bolts with nuts & washers fixed in position, complete in all respect. (NS)

Providing and fixing 8 guage G.I. wire at top, middle & bottom of PVC coated interlocked fencing including binding with fencing posts by means of 16 guage G.I. wire (G.I. wire used for binding shall not be measured for payment) etc. complete in all respect. (NS)

Providing and fixing PVC coated G.I. interlocked/chaing linked fencing of size 3" x 3" (superior quality interlocked fencing having hot dip G.I wire of approved make, complete in all respect. (NS)
