Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulders.

Providing and fixing 60mm thick interlock precast cement concrete tiles M-30 grade over 50mm thick crusher dust or dry sand and joints to be filled by crusher dust or dry sand including watering complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing in white cement with curing complete. Granite of any colour and shade including engraving letters in hard stone and painting (complete job). (LMR)
