Engineering college / Institution and submission of Good for Construction drawings of the same complete in all respect as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The senior representatives of the consultancy firm shall have to visit the site for understanding the site conditions and finalization of the foundations so that the Structural drawings of the steel trusses may be prepared accordingly. (Note : 1. All the above shed dimensions are in metre and tentative. 2. The consultancy firm should have minimum 05 years experience in the field of Civil Engg. construction works)
Note :(A) Additional cost to be borne by the Contractor for the following (which shall not be reimbursed by the AAI) : I)Appointment of ASCO and Training – The contractor has to mandatorily appoint one (01) no. Aviation Security Compliance Officer (ASCO) from his agency and the ASCO has to undergo and qualify the AVSEC Induction Course of 5 days duration at the place decided by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). The entry passes for the Terminal Building and Operational Area will be issued to the employees and staff of the contractor by the BCAS only after the fulfillment of the above criteria. The applicable cost of the course/training along with food and accommodation (approx. Rs. 45,000/- at present) will have to be borne by the contractor II)Salary of Supervisor + Diploma / Degree Engineer (Civil) deployed for the work (Approx. 50,000 per month for 9 months = Rs. 4.5 lakhs). III)CAR Policy & Worksman Compensation Policy for the work. IV)Cost for entry passes of contractual staff and vehicles as revised from time to time by AAI.
(B) The contractor has to submit the Additional performance security (Reimubursible only after the record of completion by AAI.) if the quoted amount is below the estimated cost put to the tender as per the example given below (For complete details please refer clause 1B at pg.
