Cleaning and Resectioning of abandoned Irrigation canal and road side drain from Kuhabori to its outfall at Kalbhog river water logging problem of LGBL Airport.

Amount

Clearing of deposited compact water hyacinth root and other aquatic plants from the bed of drains/channels including cutting, removing and stacking at places away from the bank etc. Complete with all lead and lift etc. complete as directed

Earthwork in de-siltation of drainage channel to proper grade and slope up to required section including excavation of side slopes and bed of the channel in marshy/muddy soil, removal of all derbies like decomposed organic matters, plastic garbage, aquatic plants, water hyacinth etc., dewatering by manual means if necessary etc. and removing of the excavated soil and garbage/spoils up to a distance of 100 m etc. including all lead and lift complete as directed.

Carriage of excavated muddy/slushy soil/garbage by truck of 10 MT capacity and depositing the same in suitable dumping ground within an average lead of 5.00 Km including cost of P.O.L.and loading/unloading charges etc. complete as directed.

Construction of temporary blockade of size 0.75m X 0.40m by earth filled cement bags supported with Bholuka bamboo palasiding at both sides in the bed of channel for draining water through a restricted path at the time of re-sectioning/construction of foundations of flood walls etc. including driving of bamboo posts 0.80m above ground and 1.00m below ground at 0.30m clear apart, tying with one row half Jati bamboo kamies and removing of the blockade after completion of the work etc. complete as directed.

Providing foot bridge of 1.00 m width with Bhaluka Bamboo (7.5 cm to 10.0 cm) post of 2.00 nos. in a row @ 2.4 m apart driven 1.2 m below ground and 1 m above ground with 2 nos. long beam placed over two lines of posts and a pair of half Bhaluka Bamboo collar tied together with the posts including providing bamboo kamies mat on the bridge way including strengthening with half bamboo kamies tied together with long beams with 18 G galvanised wire etc., complete as directed for height up to 1.2 m to be used for movement of labour/staff during execution of work. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 7.0 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 11.0 nos./Rm)

Dewatering by 5 H.P. water pump including supply of necessary fuel, engine oil and pump operator etc complete as directed

Supply of ordinary labour for maintanance of drainage channel during rainy season.
