M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling/wall corners including preparation of new surfaces with necessary sand paper for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators,partitions etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

M&L for 4.80mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary qualityand glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane fixed in partitions /doors etc all as directed by Engr in charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling also in patches including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x 6 to7 mm thick/450x350x6 to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mmthick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tilesnot exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3;6) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for rendering in CM 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC solid factory made door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed .
