All the grooves will be refilled with multi proof co polymer with filler loose plastes and cured cement mass will be removed tto multi proof acrylic co ploymer with cement and fine and mix in the ratio 1:2:4 (one of cement two of river sand four of aggregate ) to fill of proof acrylic co polymer mix with cement ratio 1:2 coats over night setting the cure with water apply weather tuff sealter coat polymer membrance two coats mixed with water in the ratio 8:2 etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 - 10 cu.m. etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles 600x600x8mm of size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, Designed colour ceramic tiles of size 600mmx300mmx10mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with water resistent tile epoxy grount at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing the damaged broken unserviceable two way tap of Jaquar make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and fixing Angle Cock with new one of Jaquar make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing unitex Red carpet of approved quality of brand and fixing the same in position with necessary synthetic resin in to alignment as director by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position of best Indian make white glazed earthernware big size Magnum urinal of best quality and approved make of size 380x400x590mm with GI pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos., and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, screws, etc., including dismantling masnory and re-doing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of size 100 x 75mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Renewing and refixing the WPC door shutters including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges,2nos 6"brass tower bolts,2nos 4"brass handle, 1 no brass drop, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing and laying and jointing UPVC Pipe(Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) UPVC used for residential and home applications, water pressure in residential areas do not normally exceed the maximum tolerance.(schedule-40) but excluding cost of such specials and fixing in position dismantling masonry and make the same to original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Painting the walls two coats of Interior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Renewing the damaged vertical blinds with new horizontal zebra fabric roller blinds of superior quality double ply plinds with 100% polister composition weight of 340 gsm / square metre and 0.40mm thick and finished width of 250cm with 100% light transmission etc.,omplete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
