Providing and laying soling Gravel for 150 mm thick in layers of finished thickness of 75 mm thick each including cost and conveyance of Gravel from approved quarry to working site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurement including labourcharges for sperading watering including all leads for water and consolidation by power roller rolling including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc, complete complying as per clause 401 MORTH specification.

Providing and laying water bound macadam Grade II Metal to a consolidated thickness of 75 mm using one cum using 90-22.40 mm grade IRC size hard blue granite Metal (90 mm, 63 mm and 53mm 45mm 22.40mm metal) with 0.24 cum of clean good gritty gravel for blindage for 10 sqm of 75 mm consolidated thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in the lead chart to the road site and stacking them at measurement as directed by departmental officers including labour charges for laying and spreading the metal and to gravel to the required grades and lines, hand packing camber, watering using water sprinkler with all leads for good water and consolidation by power roller rolling to achieve the specific compaction including forming, edge bunds, keeping the surface moise for 5 days and including hire charges, running charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges such as barricading and caution and boards, danger lights etc., complete for Bottom Layer as per Clause MORTH 111,112 & 404 Specification.

Providing and laying water bound macadam Grade III Metal to a consolidated thickness of 75 mm using one cum using 63-11.20 mm grade IRC size hard blue granite metal (63 mm, 53mm 45mm 22.40 and 11.20 mm Metal) with 0.24 cum of clean good gritty gravel for blindage for 10 sqm of 75 mm consolidated thickness cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in the lead chart to the road site and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by departmental officers including labour charges for laying and spreading the metal and gravel to the required grades and lines, hand packing to camber, watering using water sprinkler with all leads for good water and consolidation by power roller rolling to achieve the specific compaction including forming, edge bunds, keeping the surface moise for 15 days and including hire charges, running charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed and all incidental charges such as barricading and caution boards, danger lights etc., complete for Top Layer as per Clause MORTH 111,112 & 404 Specification.

Providing and laying tack coat over the Water Bound Mecadam surface using 4 Kg of Emulsion bitumen for 10 Sq.m including cost of Emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition including cost and conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for brushing,cleaning and preparing the surface for Applyinging the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed Complying with Standard Specification as per Clause 111,112,501,503 and 900 MORTH Specification.

Providing and laying premix carpet with seal coat using CMP for 20mm thickness using 0.18 cum of 13.20 mm HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm IRC HBG metal with 14.60 Kg of the 60/70 grade bitumen for premixing 10 Sq.m of premix carpet and 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC HBG metal with 9.80 Kg 60/70 grade bitumen for seal coat type "A" per 10 Sq.m including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing the with bitumen in central hot mix plant 20-30 Tonnes capacity Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site , spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 20 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades , cross sections, rolling by vibratory roller for premix carpet and seal coat to the required density etc.,including labour charges for attending to paver site, including hireand fuel charges for C.M.P with bitumen boiler trucks and vibratory roller and all other tools and plants employed etc., as per MORTH Standard Specification

Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specifications as per SS 20 A MORTH 24 & 25

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.
