Reuse of 40 MLD STP Bulandshahr Treated Effluent at Khurja Super Thermal Power Plant under water reuse policy in district Bulandshahr

Survey, Soil Investigation, design, drawing, supply of all materials, T&P, labour etc required for construction, completion, testing and commissioning of Raw water pumping station for 40 MLD average discharge(peak factor to be taken as per clause 2.1.1 of section 2,chapter-1) water retaining structure in RCC M 35 grade design mix and 3 or more coats of epoxy painting on whole RCC work as per relevent I.S.code . Finished ground level is to be 0.60 m above natural ground level and all other allied building works such as meter room, HT pannel room, LT pannel room, transformer and DG platform with covering, water recharge unit, campus drainage system, approach road and campus road work (RCC road), horticulture & landscaping work including necessary earth filling,drinking water arrangements, Pump Operator room with Toilet & Kitchen , Laboratory including all necessary apparatus and chemicals etc as mentioned in scope of work in tender document , SS Railing grade 304 in three rows wherever required, gantry girder and chain pulley system, campus lightening(Internal & External), 1 no. Box culvert of required size etc complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer in charge. Cost of work shall also include construction of 1 set of Residential building (double story fully furnished in 170 sqm plinth area of each floor) as mentioned in scope of work in tender document,Boundary wall with gate(saperate for pumping station & Residential building including barbed wire fencing with Y-shape angles)etc complete in all respects for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Earthwork

Excavation for following depths for sewers, manholes, gully pits, chambers, sumps etc. in soil mixed with moorum, shingle, kankar etc., including cutting of joints, pits trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 20 cm layers, watering and ramming the same including disposal of surplus earth or other dismentled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the centre of the trenches.

In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.

Carriage of Materials/Disposal of surplus earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Earth, Stone Boulders and Gravellary Material lead up to 18 Km

Providing, laying and compacting plain/ reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in foundation/ levelling course/ pile cap using concrete mixer and vibrater complete including cost of form work, as per drawing and technical specifications and as per clause 1100, 1500,1700,2100 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery. C.C. 40 MM STONE BALLAST, COARSE SAND AND CEMENT 4:2:1.
