Material & Labour for Fabrication, Installation, Balancing and Commissioning of Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular GI duct 24 Gauge SWG for air discharge supports as per IS 655-2010 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports & mounting ,connecting unit to duct ,controller fixation ,joint gasket , nut bolts ,flanges ,cleats etc. of 24 gauges including cutting of GI Sheet where required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for XLPE insulation - High quality XLPE Aluminium with foam 9mm insulation for duct in sun exposed complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing of Air grills with auto swing & rust free for life, specially engineered grill for upto 2X longer airflow & wider angle coverage and upto 50% less sound including nuts, bolts, screws ,rubber gasket etc. to make the system complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing of Lack Phase Voltage/ Power Fluctuation protection for ductable coolers complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- As per recommendation of manufacturer at Ductable cooler in item No. 1.

Supply & fixing and Commissioning of fire retardant anti-vibration canvas connector for connection of cooler with ducts complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for frame work with angle iron for frame support with fabrication, welding joining including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with four(04) runs of single core 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS (Confirming to IS-694) multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in PVC conduit (medium grade) of adequate size on surface of wall/ceiling with all fittings & accessories including one (01) run 4 Sqmm single core unsheathed multi stranded, copper cable FRLS (Confirming to IS-694) as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Four run of 4 sqmm copper cable and one run of 4 sqmm copper cable (Earth wire) alongwith PVC conduit measured as one unit length. (ii) Suitable colour cole of wire shall be maintained for phase/neurtal/earth.
