Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supply and fixing of MCCB enclosure of sheet steel, phosphatisd,power painted suitable for 4 pole "G" frame MCCB. Make:- Havells CAT NO IHEGFP or equivalent.

Supply and fixing of MCCB,"G" frame, 63 Amps, 16KA breaking capacity in the existing Enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required,Make:- Havells model no.IHLGNF0063 or equivalent.

SITC of 16.5 TR ductable Split AC,single circuit,03 ph, 415 Volts unit complete with all components like air cooled condenser , indoor coil unit, blower, Filters, controller, display unit and outdoor copper condensers unit with scroll compressors ,fan etc including pressure testing, vacuumising the system, & Installation of all hardware components,hanging on ceiling the IDU with suitable size bolts/brackets etc. as required make:- Hitachi, Model:-Toushi series R410a (or equivalent model in Mitsubishi/ Carrier/ Blue star/Daikin/Fujitsu) as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant hard drawn copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables (4 core 4sqmm), insulation, extra gas charging, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes and as per the direction of E-in-C

Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 7/8" & 1/2"

Supplying and fixing of air ducting fabricated out of GI Sheet confirming to latest IS:655 and complete with dampers, tab hangers, anchor fasteners, etc and complete as required and as indicated below. GI Sheet shall be grade 120 confirming to latest IS:277

Duct with 0.8mm thick GI sheet (22SWG)

Duct with 0.63mm thick GI sheet(24SWG)

Supply & Fixing of air powder coated Aluminium grills/diffusers with / without G.I volume control dampers of following description with necessary frame work complete as required.

Supply Air Ext.Al. Square/rectangular Diffusers with VCD

Return Air Ext.Al. Grilles 0,15,30 &45 deg. deflection without VCD

Supply and fixing of Thermal insulation of following thickness for supply air ducting made of Class 0 endless sheet with self adhesive pre-covered with Alumunium foil,make ARMAFLEX or equivalent, complete as required.

Supply and fixing Acoustic insulation of supply air ducting immediately after discharge of packaged unit made of 20 mm thick self adhesive Ductliner sheets make:- ARMASOUND super silence ductliner,code no ASD-SA-140-20 or equivalent, complete as required.

Fabrication and fixing of stand/Pedestal required for out door unit & bracket for AC duct supports made of suitable size MS Angle/ MS pipes/MS flats including painting with anti corrosive primer and metallic paint as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of CPVC plumbing pipe along with accessories for fixing as drain pipe to IDU of ductable split type Air conditioner in surface/recess make: PRINCE SMARTFIT or equivalent including connections using cpvc cement solvent,providing suitable size union in every 03 metres, elbows, Tee, F.T.A etc ,cutting the wall and making good the same in case as required Make: PRINCE SMARTFIT or equivalent.

Making of box enclosure for indoor AHU with 19 mm marine plywood and suitable size M.S Angle framing of required size, insulating the space inside the enlcosure with Armaflex class 0 sheet COA-06MM/EAL+SA thick for installation of indoor unit of Ductable split Air conditioner, making good the same, painting the enclosure with two coats of wood primer and two coats of enamel paint etc. as per requirement of site and the instruction of E-in-C.
