M&L 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.including 20mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel confirming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ladder etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, including one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc..(Oramental and intricate design) with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation new iron and steel surfaces of any description, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type-B2 with using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in foundations, filling and mass concrete for base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Paver Floor tiles, 10mm thick, area of each tile exc.0.11 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over cement screed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete M25 design Mix (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. M&LGalvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.
