Dismantling of old foundation block and laying of new foundation block of 5000 gph x 380 meter head hc pump from old pumproom to the new pump room (proposed site) .The job involves Dismantling of old foundation block unit of 5000 gph x 380 meter head and motor by way of disconnecting of all incoming electrical connections, decoupling of pump and motor, unfastening from base frame and shifting to safer place. Dismantling / extraction / cutting of worn out suction and delivery bends, pipes and connected old unserviceable sluice valves, reflux valves. Cutting of base frame from RCC foundation block with gas cutter by using oxygen acetylene gas. shifting of pump motor set with allied accessories upto road side near pumping station and then shifting the pump motor set to the workshop for further repair work including of dismantling of the pump and extraction of internal assembly for repair of 04 no. impellers ,04 no. diffuser , 04 no. diffuser bushes , 04 no. neck rings , reconditioning of pump shaft including remetalling ,turning and finishing to bearing size and then assembling the pump , futher job includes repair to 100 hp motor by way of extraction of rotor and stator and then cleaning of silt from coils , varnishing ,heat treatment for any current leakages. Assembling complete motor. Shifting of complete pump motor set from work shop to the proposed site for installation , testing and commissioning there of. Providing and fabrication of 6 no. foundation bolts of suitable diameter one meter long by threading them at one end and making of anchor to other end. Laying of M-20 grade RCC foundation block for pump of size 6’x3’x3’. Including supply/fixing of form work / shuttering, aggregates, sand and cement, reinforcement steel 10mm, angle iron for supporting/alignment of base-frame including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, welding, placing of foundation bolts with base frame and making proper alignment of base frame horizontally as well as longitudinally, deployment of vibrator, mixer, welding set, tools and tackles etc. and curing complete. Job further includes dragging of pump motor set from the stacking place and then placing them on the base frame by manual labour and other tools and tackle. Alignment & leveling of pump motor set on the base frame by using laminated sheet, strips and coupling thereof .Laying of MS 80mm dia suction and MS 65 mm dia delivery pipe lines to the pump set by providing and cutting of 80mm dia and 65 mm dia as per site requirement in the convenient lengths with the help of oxygen acetylene gas cutter. The cut edges shall be grinded with grinder to give them a smooth and even surface and then laying, aligning, welding of suction and delivery pipes in continuous fillet weld including providing, fabrication and fitting of 80 mm dia MS bends, flanges, expander / reducers, gaskets, as per requirement. Providing and fitting of 80mm dia CI and foot valve along with nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. on the suction pipe line and 65mm dia cast steel sluice valve and cast steel NRV one no. each with bypass system (class 300 rating of ISI standards along with manufacturers in house test certificate of material) including nuts, bolts, gasket, flanges on the delivery pipe side of pump set and connecting with manifold. The weld should be free from blow holes and porosity to have leak proof water tight joint. Suctions / delivery pipelines should by properly painted with red oxide primer and subsequently with good quality black paint. Job includes greasing work, P/F of graphited gland packing and thereafter testing on no load and then on full load and commissioning thereof . Job includes providing / fitting and laying of copper cable 50mm2 from motor to panel in six leads approximately 36 meters for each motor, then p/f and laying 70mm2 copper cable upto MCCB-bus bar-voltage stabilizer in three leads approximately 30 meters in length alongwith neutral wire conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 250 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handing equipments etc.

Shifting / repair / installation, testing and commissioning of 185 ampere LT control panel-2no. and 250 KVA voltage stabilizer alongwith allied works at pumping station Darsoo Guddar stage-3rd

Shifting of 185 ampere lt control panel -2no. and 250 kva voltage stabilizer from present position of pumping station to the proposed site / pump room . The job involves disconnecting of the electrical connections from lt panels and voltage stabilizer and transporting it to the work shop for repair work. Job includes repair of 2no. 185 ampere lt control panel each by way of extraction of impaired parts and providing fitting of new parts including 185 ampere power contactor kit – 02 no., 140 ampere power contactor kit – 01 no. , digital motor protection relay with protection to current and voltage related faults – 01 no. , amperemeter – 01 no. , voltmeter – 01 no. , internal control wiring etc for both the panels. Job also includes repair of 250 kva voltage stabilizer by way of disconnecting all electrical connection and making temporary arrangement for running the system . Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and carrying of 250 kva voltage stabilizer upto the nearest roadside by way of head load using manual labour and then shifting to the workshop for further repair. Unfastening of nuts bolts and opening the top cover then extracting the coils with the chain block., replacement of 01 no. coil with new coil of superior quality copper complete with insulation and varnish . Replacement of ampere meter – 01 no. , voltmeters – 02 no and other impaired parts like selector switches – 03 no. , rotor switches – 02 no. , electrical wiring etc., draining out transformer oil from oil chamber removing its dust and dirt , refilling of transformer oil after filtration and dehydrating it by heating/boiling to remove moisture and topping up of additional 200 litres of transformer oil , Lowering of internal assembly inside the chamber and closing the top cover by fastening the nuts and bolts. Further job includes shifting of repaired 2no. 185 ampere lt control panel and 1 no. 250 kva voltage stabilizer from workshop to the proposed site / pump room and then testing on no load and full load at site after making all electrical connections. Job further includes providing and fitting of 400 ampere rating bus bar with complete insulation on the wall of the pump room. Also job includes providing fitting of 250 ampere main switch and providing , laying and fitting of 185 mm2 3.5 core aluminium cable from pole to main switch , main switch to voltage stabilizer and from voltage stabilizer to bus bar approximately 80 meters .. Complete job includes cost of material ,labour, carriage ,hire charges of tools tackles etc.
