SUPPLY OF PRE-FABRICATED PIPE SPOOLS OF SS904L FOR NREP

Supply of piping materials like, pipe, fittings, flanges, spool drawing making, fabrication, NDT, RFID taging, Packing, transportation and delivery of fabricated spools at NREP EPCM1 project site

Scope includes supply of piping materials like, pipe, fittings, flanges ,welded valves ,fabrication , NDT,RFID taging , Packing , transportation and delivery of fabricated spools at NREP EPCM1 project site at NRL refinery. Fabrication of Piping Spools (as per approved spool drawings) including cutting, edge preparation,( including grinding the edges of pipe, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required); fitup, bending, preheating/ post heating wherever required, welding (including stress relieving), threading, tappings for pressure gauges, thermowells, sample connections , piping specials such as mitres and fabricated fittings, vents, drains, reinforcement pads etc .scope also includes Supports welding which needs to be welded with parent spool .Cleaning & flushing by water/compressed air - Surface - preparartion, application of primer, intermdiate and final coat marking as per painting specification Scope also includes all type of testing as specified in the specification for Non- Destructive Examination of Piping including pressure test including test medium as per specifications / codes , draining of water , drying by compressed air. Quoted rates shall includes all expenses towards this . Engaging approved Third Party Inspection agency (TPIA) for stage wise inspection for procurement and fabrication, inspection release notes all inclusive as per approved QAP/ITP. Performing Positive Material Identification(PMI) using alloy analysers.- Stage wise inspection for procurement and fabrication, inspection release notes all inclusive as per approved QAP / ITP. Bidder shall make all neccessary arrangment for hydrotesting including all temporary material like nut bolts , gaskets etc . Pickling of SS joints . SS pipeline shall be tested by water having Chloride content less than 25 PPM .Scope is Including all consumables, labour, machineries, supervision, preparation & submission of necessary spool mark up plan , quality document , final documentation (including as-built Spool Drawings) etc. needed to complete work as per specifications and drawings. Quoted rate shall includes water and power arrangement . Bidder quoted rate shall includes all charges towards handing over of material to store /contractor and obtaining documentation for delivery of piping spools. Supports welded directly to pipe only from parent pipe is included in vendor scope . vendor shall follow minimum basic criteria for spool fabrication . Minimum 70 % of Joints of any isometric shall be welded in shop . Straight length pipe shall not be considered in spool - For detailed scope of work ref. Annexure scope of work and supply . Manpower deployment : Providing skilled personnel till the contract period at NRL site for spool management ,Monitoring, Coordination as per SOW document Note: Quantity of the supplied materials shall be considered for the payment only after due certification by TPIA and submission of the documents to NRL / EPCM1 to that effect.

Supply of piping prefabricated spools of various sizes, MOCs ( Pipe , fittings , flanges , weldedable supports etc, as per Scope defined elsewhere in the tender document) , Fabrication , NDT , Testing,Painting,Transportation and Delivery of the same to site. Note: Up to 10mm tickness <= 10MM Between 10 mm to 20mm thickness > 10MM AND <= 20MM Above 20mm thickness > 20MM
