Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include provision of all necessary steel scaffolding, staging, working platforms, ladders, safety gear, and protective arrangements required for execution of ceiling plastering work in high-rise buildings as directed at site.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i)M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately). (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately). (iii)All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv)After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi)Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

(vii)All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately). Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes in brick or RCC walls (excluding half-brick walls) for insertion of spouts etc., making good the openings and finishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc laid in floors with suitable size GI clamps complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M & L Injection grouting in RCC slab shall be cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expences. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, injecting polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of dismantled/ demolished material / old debris/tiles etc by mechanically or manually, outside MD land as and when directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8 with brick aggregate for lean concrete/filling works as in general filling or sub-base, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fittings and accessories such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, etc. Removing materials to store for safe custody or credit (credit for taken-down items shall be as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings, and floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring in existing buildings conforming to IS 732:1989, complete with 1.5 sq mm single-core multi-stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor (1100 V grade, confirming to IS 694:2010) drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC medium-grade concealed conduit of suitable size (thickness not less than 1.2 mm, ISI-marked) with all accessories, including modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and one FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded green copper conductor 1.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly.

Supply and fix sub-main wiring comprising two runs of 4 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated 1100 Volt grade stranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm green colour earth wire, drawn through PVC casing and capping not less than 25 mm size ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of all accessories, fixing materials, and proper dressing of wires inside casing. For the purpose of measurement, two runs of main conductors, one run of earth continuity conductor, and one run of PVC casing and capping (or conduit) shall together be measured as one complete run.

S&F copper chromium plated hot water extension pipe 450 mm long with brass adaptor and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 450mm long PVC connector with brass adaptor, washer and fixing in position complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan and overhauling of ceiling fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease, oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing for winding, new winding of ceiling fan with copper wire, cleaning dust, rust and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5 Mfd, body cover etc and reassembling, connecting with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076 including one coant of synthetic enamel paint and connecting to new ceiling fan safety wire complete and testing and refixing the same its original postion after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size and overhauling of exhaust fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease, oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing for winding, new winding of ceiling fan with copper wire, cleaning dust, rust and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5/4.0 Mfd, body cover etc and reassembling, connecting with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076 including one coant of synthetic enamel paint complete and testing and refixing the same its original postion after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F modular TV socket ISI marked including flush box, cover plate and frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F telephone socket RJ-45 ISI marked including flush box, cover plate and frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rigid non-metallic medium grade ISI marked PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia and 1.2 mm thick concealed in wall with junction boxes, bends, elbows, couplers, lock nuts and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for supplying and installing PVC mini trunking of size 32 mm × 20 mm × 1.5 mm thick, including all required finishing accessories such as flexible cover, internal and external angles, end caps, base joints, clip partitions, and derivations, suitable for electrical/signal/telephone wiring. Trunking shall conform to EN 50085-2-1 and NF C 68-104 standards, with minimum IP 40 degree of protection and IK 07 mechanical impact resistance, made of non-flame-propagating PVC in white colour (RAL 9003). The work shall include fixing to wall, ceiling, or other surfaces with all necessary hardware and making good disturbed portions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing geyser and check the serviceability of geyser and replace the minor parts heating elemant, thermostate, indicator lamp, nut bolts, washers,thermal cut out, fastners, stop leakage from inner tank and replace the top plug and one coat of sybthetic enamel paint and refix the same in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Note for all items above 1)The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rates, all items of work shall be executed in a high-rise building and shall include provision of necessary scaffolding and safety measures. 2)Debris shall be removed from time to time as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3)Any damage caused to the RCC structure or adjoining portions during demolition or dismantling, due to negligence of the contractor, shall be made good by the contractor at his own expense. 4)Safety Precaution: Necessary safety precautions for men, material and structures shall be taken by the contractor during execution of work. 5)Necessary steel scaffolding shall be provided by the contractor for multistoried buildings. The contractor shall ensure that all workmen wear safety belts at all times. 6)The work shall be carried out while the building remains partially occupied in Phases as given in SCH A NOTES 7) Work shall be carried out as per rules of the HARBOUR HEIGHT A CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD as given in Special Conditions and recoveries of Rs 200 per day per flat (for the contract and extended period if any)and others shall be paid directly to the society by the contrator. The amount for the same shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for respective items. NO CLAIM in this regards shall be entertained by the department. The contractor shall submit to the department NOC from the society for issuing of completion certicate. 8)The quoted rate for all items shall be deemed to include compliance with all the above conditions.
