Note for item no 70 to 81 :- i) All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately the replacing labour charge of the unserviceable spares is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for the comprehensive maintenance charge. ii) The authorised service provider shall inspect, check and necessary servicing to be carried out for all the DG sets minimum once in two month to ensure the serviceability / safety of the plant. Further to such routine visits the service provider shall attend all the break down calls immediately on priority for carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of the unserviceable spares of the plants as and when directed.

(iii) Replacing entire engine oil after draining the existing old burnt engine oil including cleaning the entire sump thoroughly. (iv) Replacing lubricating oil filter element with new lubricating oil filter element with 'O' ring and new rectangular seal on the pilot located on lub pump with accessories such as mounting bolt & washer after taking down existing. (v) Replacing super lub oil by pass filter element with new super lub oil by pass filter element and new ring sealing after taking down existing.
