Dismantling Wrought Iron or Mild Steel Work, viz. MS Flat Iron (Wind Tie) and Similar Work including MS Bolts, Nuts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated Steel Sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings / sunshades, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down soil pipe/ rainwater pipes (any size or pattern ) including all fitings heads shoes bends swan -necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured over all fixed along the centre line over fitting and ( accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches of 100 mm internal dia complete all as specified and as direceted.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bed block for embedding angle iron fencing post. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour chipping of unsound/weak concrete materials of 30mm average thickness from slabs/chajja/ fin fascia etc by any means including tapering all edges making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking material by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land upto anyy height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measurecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour Removing concrete all around reinforcement including behind of reinforcement bars to give an average clearance of 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap) by manual methods (hammering and using wire brushes, chieselling etc.) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the reinforcement bars by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and alllow it to dry as per manufacturer's instructions to provide totally rust free finished steel surfaces, length of reinforcement bars cleared of concrete shall be measured for payment including upto any height of building upto 16mm dia of bars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cleaning of exposed concrete surfaces of lightly sticking materials including foreign materials, loose concrete/ aggregate etc and disposal of all debris upto distance of 50 m and applying single coat of epoxy bond adhesive on prepared non metallic surfaces (existing surface) by using brush as per manufacturers instruction / specification upto four storey of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Supply and application Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared reinforced surface by brush, the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75, minimum wet film thickness/coat 100 microns & dry film thickness/coat 40 microns. Minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2 upto upto four storey height of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and application free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete to the affected beam, column etc. above 45 mm but upto 60mm thickness (average) where major spalling has taken place even the core of concrete affected. The Micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 MPa and 28 days strength of 50 MPa, Minimum tensile strenght 2 N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum Flexural strength 5 N/mm2@ 28 days tested as per BS 4551-80, Expansion characterstics Unrestrained expansion as per ASTM C827-1987 1 to 4%. including necessary formwork, upto any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm2 in 1 day and 4 5N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2 Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm2, Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm2 including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying concure LP 90 or equivalent over concrete and cement plaster as curing compund as per manufactures instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC beam, lintels, columns and slabs etc including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy after dusting of loose dust by blowing air, sealing the same with epoxy cartridges etc as per manufacturer instruction for exc 12mm dia of bar but n.exc 16mm dia of bars and up to any height of building complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10Cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only Brick Work using old bricks obtained from demolition, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Plain Black Sheet 1.6mm thick in Hearths, covering to Door Shutters, covering to steel gates, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched including round headed Screws Clout screws including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required, as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed Work such as Grills, Gratings, etc. with ends of Bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into Spikes; Framed Guard Bars; Barred Iron Doors; Ladders; Framed Balusters; Walk Ways; Railings; Framework of Water Tanks and Similar Work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as speci-fied and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) as in repair.complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised 3.00mm dia (minimum weigth 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mm x 75mm including line wires to any standards, rails and straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Line wire ,binding wire and bolts/nuts shall be measured and paid separetaly under relevant item of BOQ

M&L Mild steel round Bars 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including crank-ing, bending and binding with galvanised Steel Wire not less than 0.90 mm and staple as in line wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised 3.00mm dia (minimum weigth 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mm x 75mm including 8mm dia round bar as in line wires to any standards, rails and straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of 11 to 15mm dia, and 5cm to 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted colour galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall /sunshade etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster or morter of any type of treatment carefully from roof surfaces (without damage of roof) and roughening of surface of old concrete roofing by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement for padding including neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg /sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surface as per IS:3067-1966. (b) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.50 Litre per Sqm. (c) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.60 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

M&L Cement Concrete type C2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, etc. laid in alternate Bays, finished Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Applying first coat of cement slurry in sunken floor @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm, this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours & second layer of cement slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cemntitious compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hrs & applying 200 micron thick polythene film paste with help of adhesive and same shall be provided over treatment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Enduara Tiles of size 300mm x300mmx 10mm thick, suitable for hi-turf external tiles, anti skid, scratch resistance and neutral to UV rays and acid/ alkali resistance as in floor over and including 15mm thick cement sand screed bed 15mm thick 1:4 including taking down unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 100mm dia / 150mm dia sewage line upto 1.50m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi liquid / solid sludge etc including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing 200mm dia sewage line upto 1.50m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi liquid / solid sludge etc including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing 300mm dia sewage line upto 1.50m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid / semi liquid / solid sludge etc including dewatering, desilting and well flushing the line with water and testing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked kitchen trap / nahani trap / floor trap/ Water closet of any type / pattern with vaccum pump upto 1st manhole and making the drain channel fully functional by flushing with sufficient quantity of water to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste materials / sludge etc to a distance outside residential area nexc 50m and buring the same in a pit and spreading bleaching powder surrounding the area @ 1Kg/ Sqm and sealing the top with fine sand of suitable depth complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Cost of earth work in excavation required for digging the borrow pit and buring the the waste materials / sludge in the borrow pit and sealing the pit with fine sand and spreadind of bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing covered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth by removing and refixing of cover-slab, taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and flushing with sufficient quantity of water etc. and cutting of the bushes both side of drain upto 0.5 mtr each side and and removing the same to a distance complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing uncovered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth , taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and flushing with sufficient quantity of water etc. and cutting of the bushes both side of drain upto 0.5 mtr each side and and removing the same to a distance exceeding 50 meter but nexc 100m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Once cleaned the sewage lines, the Contractor shall maintain the lines functional upto the date of Completion at his own cost. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lifting of cover and desilting of blocked manhole size 900 mmx900mm of depth not exc 1.50 metre each, by taking out accumulated sludge, silt, mud etc in water sealed container and removing the same outside residensial area (where directed) and washing with adequate quantity of water and refixing the cover in the same location complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Disposal of sludge obtained shall be disposal of in pit made by contractor and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 kg /sqm and covered with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate of disposal of sludge are inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of pit shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.

Cleaning of manhole size 1200 mm x 1200mm of depth not exc 1.50 metre each, by taking out accumulated sludge, silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre (where directed), complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Cost of earth work in excavation required for digging the borrow pit and buring the the waste materials / sludge in the borrow pit and sealing the pit with fine sand and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1.00 kg /sqm and covered with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Any damged done by the Contractor during cleaning shall be make good by the Contractor at his own cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rate of disposal of sludge are inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of pit shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted.

M&L Uprooting of tree from walls of bldgs up to extended root and spraying of acid of required quantity complete from any location of Bldg up to 4 storied and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding complete for tree of girth up to 5cm to10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
