Item No 13 : M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 surface finished fair and even for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 - M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in riser, steps & skirting, over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab of the slab incl rubbing, polishing & rounding to edges/bull nosed complete incl 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4.

Item No. 16 :- M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles complete all as specified and direct. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment (ii) Rendering shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Item No. 17 :- M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 :- Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 19 :- M&L Brick work using modular bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20:- M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 :- M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction. 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand (all by weight) complete.

Item No 22 :- M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 :.Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No 26 : M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml /50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No 27 : M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 - Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked.

Item No 29 - Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 :- Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 31 : Taking down shutter of any description n exc 1 sqm each and removing from site.

Item No 32 : Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor and stone walls built in lime mortor for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 33 : M&L Second class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 34 : S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, for window open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 - S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood rail and style plain framed factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commerical ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 :- S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 37 :- S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges steel peg stay complete all as specified and directed
