Providing and Fixing Frame work for partitions wall linings etc, made up of 50X50X1.6 mm MS hollow tubeplaced along the wall , ceiling and floor in grid pattern,with spacing 60 cm centre to centre both ways,or at requiref spaced near opening, with necessary welding at junctions,and fixing the frame to wall ceiling and floor, with steel dash fastners 8mm dia,75mm long bolt, including making provision for opening of doors,windows,electrical conduits,switch board etc,including providing with two coats of approved steel primer, etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion

For Openable Portion shutters of doors windows and ventilatorsFor shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With Float Glass Pane of 5mm weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm

Distempering with First quality acrylic distemper of approved brand having VOC content less than 50gm per lire of approved brand of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 grams per litre

Dismantling Aluminium/Gypsum Partitions doors windows, fixed glazing, and false ceiling including disposable of unservicable material and stacking of servicable material,within 50 meters lead, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Dismantling tile work (Cutting and chasing with blade) in floor and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material with in 500 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually or mechanical means and disposal of the and disposal of the material with in 500 m lead as per the direction of Engineer In charge Nominal or design mix 1:3:6 or richer
