SH: I SITC OF INVERTER TYPE PACKAGED AC

Design, manufacturing and supply of following capacity Programmable Microprocessor based Floor Mounted, Air cooled type INVERTER package AC Unit as per basis of Design & Scope of Work & Specification consisting of Inverter Scroll compressor working with R410a Refrigerant complete with fan, control panel, current sensing type, star delta starters with thermal overload protection, Internal power and control cabling (up to 3 meter), Refrigerant piping with nitrile rubber insulation between outdoor unit and indoor units (up to 3 meter), suitable size GI/MS angle iron stand for indoor and outdoor units etc. complete as per specifications & as per direction of EIC. (a) Capacity-16 Tr (Min)

ITC of above capacity Floor Mounted, Air cooled INVERTER package type AC Units comprising Air Cooled type Outdoor Unit, Indoor Unit, refrigerant piping with nitrile rubber insulation between outdoor unit and indoor units (up to 3 meter), electrical cabling between indoor units & outdoor unit, power/control cabling (up to 3 meter), all system control safety, First charge of Refrigerant. Each Unit should have an isolation valves in both the refrigerant pipe connections, including installation of suitable size with anti vibration GI/MS stand of indoor and outdoor unit complete i/c minor civil works required for completion of the job in all respects as per the direction of EIC. (a) Capacity-16 Tr (Min)

SH:II Associated Works

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of double layer canvas connection with 1/2 hr. (30 Min) fire rating as per specification.

Supply of following size of Seamless, Hard Drawn Refrigerant Copper Piping connecting outdoor to Indoor AC Units .The Refrigerant pipe shall be suitable for Refrigerant with 13 mm thick Nitrile rubber insulation on liquid line and 19mm thick Nitrile rubber insulation on suction line. The thickness of the refrigerant pipe is as per ASTM B88 L-Type standard. The cost should be inclusive of Supply & Installation of necessary supports, fittings, valves, etc. as per specification/norms

Supply and fixing of following size electrical Copper conductor Communication Cable in medium duty PVC conduit between indoor and outdoor Unit complete with end terminations etc. as required.

7core x 2.5Sqmm Control Cu Cable

Providing and fixing in position the following PVC pipes for condensate drain duly insulated with kinny foam & vapour barrier duly secured with adhesive tape as per specification ,cut to required length and installed with all joints, including all necessary fittings. (For all the indoor units upto the main header in the shaft dor vertical risers)

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required

Thickness 0.63 mm sheet

Old Outdoor 15 Tr Units Dismantling, Lifting and Shifting the packaged AC Plant (i/c indoor and outdoor unit) to AAI store up to 1 Km.

Supply of Refrigerant Gas 410A for 1st charging

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of extruded aluminium louvres with frame bird screeen with frame, mounting arrangement etc. as per specifications and drawings.
