Hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs to windows, door hinges, grills etc. exc. 2.50 cm of thickness not exc. 5 cm , n.exc. 6mm thickness of metal to be welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 5 above but exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre each and not exceeding 2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre and not exceeding 2 Sqm each easing and adjusting as required and re-fixing in same opening including renewal of screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary supply and fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete, of frame size 105 x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
