G-PMU-01 Procurement of equipment and furniture, including installation and minor interior works for the PMU Office under the KHET Project

The bidder/joint venture partner must be a legal entity registered in India under the Companies Act, 1956, or a partnership firm registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008, or a firm registered under relevant law of India / having registered office in India.In the case of foreign bidders, the bidder must be duly registered and established in accordance with the laws of its country of origin, which must be an ADB member country. Local registrations, if required by law, shall be completed prior to contract signing

The bidder or joint venture partner should not be suspended by Asian Development Bank or not in ADB sanction lists or not blacklisted by any of the employer as on the date of submission of the RFQ

The bidder or joint venture partner must have experience as a prime supplier or joint venture partner of either1 at least one successfully completed or ongoing contract with a value of at least INR 160 lakh or at least two successfully completed or ongoing contracts each with a value of at least INR 100 lakh of a nature and complexity comparable to the goods covered under this Request for Quotation during the last three 3 financial years FY 2023-2024 2024- 2025 and 2025 -2026

The bidder/joint venture partner should have valid Goods and Services Tax registration and Permanent Account Number. In the case of foreign bidders, the bidder can submit these before signing of contract

The bidder should have prior experience in executing similar retrofitting works involving the supply and installation of furniture and IT related products for any State Government Central Government government organisation, public sector undertaking, or autonomous institution or private organisations

For retrofitting works, the bidder shall have ISO 9001:2015 certificate for Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 certificate for Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 certificate for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System

The bidder or joint venture partner must provide evidence of an average annual turnover of at least INR 4 crore during the last three (3) financial years (i.e., FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026). In the case of a joint venture, each partner must meet at least 25% of the required turnover and at least one partner must meet at least 40% of the required turnover. The combined JV turnover must meet 100% of the requirement. For JVs qualification requirements shall be assessed collectively. The lead partner shall meet the specified minimum share of requirements, and the JV as a whole shall meet 100%
