Fitting of Picks and Holder in I.R. and Elecon feeder breaker - Cutting of old and worn out picks and holder and welding of new picks with holder (Bar pcs) as and when required in Elecon & IR Plant. (Consumables such as welding machine, welding machine cables, M.S. electrodes, Oxygen & Dissolved Acetylene cylinders, gas cutting torch and accessories, etc has to be arranged by the contractor only. WCL will not provide these items (WCL will not provide any transportation facility).

Re-building of worn out teeth in L&T 80'' Gundlach crusher - Build up teeth by WR-5 and steel-III (Manganese) electrode for buffer layer. (Consumables such as welding machine, welding machine cables, M.S. electrodes, Oxygen & Dissolved Acetylene cylinders, gas cutting torch and accessories, etc has to be arranged by the contractor only. WCL will not provide these items (WCL will not provide any transportation facility).

Re-building of worn out teeth in L&T 80'' Gundlach crusher - Hardfacing of teeth by WR-6 (chrome Carbide Electrode) wear resistance. (Consumables such as welding machine, welding machine cables, M.S. electrodes, Oxygen & Dissolved Acetylene cylinders, gas cutting torch and accessories, etc has to be arranged by the contractor only. WCL will not provide these items (WCL will not provide any transportation facility).
