M&L for yearly Inspection of cranes by checking & testing all parts /seafty device including Load testing and provide inspection report /certificate from authorised rep complete all as specified for the Electrically operated Overhead Traverse crane with the testing load as recommended by OEM for the rated tonnage of crane for the specific period with and including arrangement for safe test load for 3 to 5 ton cranes for 05 nos of cranes. Note :- Load testing is inclusive of shiffting /Transporting the load place to place, unloading will be arranged by the contractor including required ropes,manpower etc for handilling the load.

Repair maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT/HOT) cranes, once in a month of crane up to 60 mtr span, 0.5 ton to 5 ton capacity, medium duty floor operated comprising of Hoist motor ,micro motor , long travell motor, cross travell motor, gear box, control panel etc, installed as per list attached - 22 Nos ( Appx 'A') including carry out daily check and periodical services as per Appx'B' attached ,repair /maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearing bushes all type of shoes headers, control cards, connector/ links, wielding of crack/ broken MS Parts, safety parts, mechanically safety lock , Control push button assembly including all connected accessories complete with push button ,inclusive repair of harness wiring of control panel , minor repair to panel ,for safety and smooth functioning of Cranes, cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make the existing surface, cable as per requirement or safety operation of cranes, maintenance of unserviceable /worn out parts such as warm wheel, warm shaft, bushes, thrust bearing and necessary packing including cleaning, alignment of gear box assembly after repair/replacement of worn-out parts re-assemble and fixing with existing machine with proper alignment complete maintenance, binding of loose wire at control panel and painting to rust portion of crane.

Spreading out steel rope in the shell sequentially, physical checking of leads for damage or abbression, after cleaning with linament, lubricating the steel rope, cleaning the drum and sheaves streaching the rope and testing for functioning without crese, abression, and jerk.

Repair/maintenance of control Panel of crane by taking down unserviceable cut outs, relays, contactors, connectors, control wiring, and cleaning the surfaces, supply and fix new set of cut outs, control contactors, and relays for the operation of the crane complete and rewiring with 2.5 sq mm copper conductor stranded insulated and unsheathed flexible cable including maintaining the sequence and synchronising of movements complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviseable damaged trolly connection cable complete with steel wire and reel insulator, supply, fix and connect stranded copper cable pvc insulated pvc sheathed unarmoured 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm 12 to 16 core complete with new reel insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unsv electric motor 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ , capacity 6 to 8 KW motor of any make from the Crane/ motorised Gate/Lift after disconnecting all electrical connection and shift to workshop for repair. Dismantling the motor , removing old burnt winding, cleaning the slots, checking and setting the stampings, providing a coat of insulating warnish, rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor winding wire of suitable gauge, packing the slots with insulating sleeves. drying in controlled temperature, re-assembling the motor with new set of bearings and connecting with its original place of the crane /motorised door /lifts.

Repair maintenance of motorised hanger door /sliding gate( As per Appx 'B' ) including carry out daily check and periodical services once in a month of electrically operated hanger door with repair /maintenance of such as gear box assymbly, lifting mechanism control PCB panel board and repairs/replacement of contractor 240V, 32A, limit switch, reverse/forward switch AC 240V,50 Hz as per sample also replacement of rack and pinion to the length as per existing including lubracating all moving parts, unserviceable damaged parts such as bearing bushes, wielding of crack/ broken MS Parts complete re-assimbling and refixing and setting for smoth operation with the help of remote or On/Off switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:-

Taking down reduction gear arrangement of motorised hanger door after disconnecting the elecrical connections and shifting to civil work shop for repairs / overhaul. Dismantling the reduction gear assembly, separating gears and shaft. Cleaning the shell, shaft and gears fixing back gears on the shaft including repacement of worn out or unservieable gears and applying the proper grade of lubricant. Opening the outer cover of the induction motor, cleaning the internals including the old lubricants; refixing the electric motor after replacing the dameged parts lubricating and connecting up after replcement of necessary spares. Note:- Spares as required for replacement in the process of repair/overhaul will be measured and paid separatly under the relevent item here in after.
