Supplying, lowering, testing and commissioning of following capacity vertical type, multistage, totally enclosed, water filled, deep well submersible pumping set complete i/c connections etc as reqd. (a) Single phase 1.5 HP, having discharge of 72 LPM (approx.) at 49 M head.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type control panel board for single phase submersible pumping set of following rating complete with contactor, relay , MCB ,condenser ,voltmeter, ammeter and indication lamp etc including connections etc as reqd.(a) 1.5 H.P rating Submersible P/Set.

S/I/T/C following size of mono submersible pump set motor including as required 15 HP three phase having discharge of 900LPM Approx. at 42 M Head.

Fabricating, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted duly compartmentalized cubical panel board, dust and vermin proof made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet hinged lockable door, power coated in approved shade , suitable for operation of 415, 3ph, 50Hz, AC supply with MCB 32A, TP 25KA-1 no, contactor -16 amp, overload relay, push button, indication lights, voltmeter 0-500V, Ammeter 0-30 amp, Auto /manual switch of following rating Star Delta Starter fully automatic operation complete as req. (a)15 H.P.

Supplying and laying following sizes of steel flexible rope suitable for holding submersible pump set i/c clips etc as reqd.(a) 10 mm dia steel rope.

Replacement of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor 3 core submersible cable of following sizes confirming to I.S.649/1990 with latest amendments.:- (a) 3X 4 Sq mm

Supplying, lowering and fixing following size of G.I. Pipe (M- Class) i/c cutting threading on both sides etc ISI marked etc as reqd. (a) 32 mm dia

S&F following sizes of GI Elbow as reqd. (a) 32 mm dia

S&F following sizes of GI socket as reqd. (a) 32 mm dia

S&F MS clamp made up of flat iron of size 50mmx 6 mm with 4 nut bolt for holding the G.I.Pipe from 40 mm to 65 mm dia pipe etc as reqd.

Replacement of following. (a) Capacitor 100 to 150 mfd.

Lifting the existing submersible pump set with its all accessories from well and lowering the same along with all accessories from following depths complete as reqd. (a) from depths up to 40 meters deeps

Rewinding of single / three phase A.C.motors of vertical type multi stage submersible pump set (Dismantled material will be retained by contractor) of following ratings a) Single phase 1.5 HP,

(b) Single phase 3 HP,

Repairing of the Pumping unit of the Single phase (100 mm), vertical type, multistage, submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories/ parts etc compete as reqd. (a) Gun Metal Bush / Bearing.

(b) Impeller.

Repairing of the Pumping unit of the Three phase (150 mm), vertical type, multistage, submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories/ parts etc compete as reqd. (a) Gun Metal Bush / Bearing.

(b) Impeller.

Dismantling, rewinding , reinstallation, testing, commissioning of following sizes of mono Submersible pump set motor including making connection etc as reqd. (Dismantled material will be retained by contractor) (a) 15.0 HP 3phase

(d) 20 to 25 HP 3 phase
