Providing, fabricating and fixing skylight comprising MS tubular frame of 50mmx50mmx5mm, treated with one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (or powder-coated finish), glazed with 12 mm thick clear toughened safety glass, fixed using EPDM gaskets, aluminium pressure plates, SS fasteners, weatherproof silicone sealant and all necessary accessories. Providing, fabricating and fixing Single Bed (Guest Room) of overall size 2000 mm (L) × 900 mm (W) × 450 mm (H), fabricated from 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303, finished on exposed faces with approved Natural veneer . legs in TW of size 75x75 mm finish with melamine polish,centre support in TW of size 35x50 mm finish with melamine polish.2 mm thick PVC edge banding to all exposed edges.bed top in 12 mm BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303, finished with oil paint of approved shed. Providing, fabricating and fixing TV panel (Guest Room) overall size 3150 mm (L) × 303 mm (D) × 1200 mm (H) as per approved drawings, fabricated from 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303, finished with approved 1mm laminate and melamine polish on all exposed surfaces, comprising a full-height TV back panel with 35 mm concealed service cavity for routing TV, electrical and data cables. one decorative side panel with 450 mm × 1000 mm mirror, one continuous low-level storage unit incorporating drawer units on both sides fitted with heavy-duty telescopic channels, and one centrally located open shelf for set-top box and media accessories; internal partitions, drawer boxes and back panels shall be made of approved BWR grade plywood, all exposed edges finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding, complete with SS 304 hinges, telescopic drawer channels, SS handles, magnetic catches, screws, fasteners, adhesives, mirror fittings, concealed fixing arrangements and all necessary hardware and accessories, including fixing to wall, making service openings, transportation, labour, finishing and making good, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Wardrobe(Guest room) of overall size 1200 mm (W) × 600 mm (D) × 2100 mm (H) as per approved drawings, fabricated from 25 mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303 for shutters, 35 mm thick built up plywood section consisting of two layers of 18 mm BWR plywood bonded together for top and vertical members where specified, 12 mm thick plywood for back panel, shelves and shutter frame, with 6 mm thick plywood infill panels on both sides of the shutter frame, and internal surfaces finished with 0.8 mm laminate while all exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1.5 mm thick approved laminate. The wardrobe shall comprise a full-height hanging compartment complete with SS 304 hanging rod, one drawer mounted on heavy-duty telescopic channels, adjustable storage shelves, and 35 mm × 100 mm skirting at the base, complete with SS 304 hinges, handles, locks, magnetic catches, PVC edge banding, screws, fasteners and all necessary fittings and accessories. Providing, fabricating and fixing wall-mounted Study Table/Breakfast Table (Guest room) of overall size 900 mm (L) × 600 mm (D) × 900 mm (H) as per approved drawings, fabricated from 35 mm thick (18 mm × 2) BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303, finished with approved laminate on all exposed surfaces, the table top having rounded machine-finished edges, supported on one side by a 50 mm diameter SS 304 pipe leg complete with base plate and on the other side by a 35 mm thick vertical plywood support panel finished with laminate, complete with all necessary SS screws, brackets, fasteners, edge banding, fittings, fixtures, adhesives and accessories, including fixing to wall, making good and finishing, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Double Bed(VIP Guest House) of overall size 1800 mm (W) × 1880 mm (L) × 350 mm (H) as per approved drawings, fabricated entirely from seasoned First Class Teak Wood (TW) comprising 50 × 150 mm thick TW members for the main bed frame and 35 × 75 mm thick TW members for internal framing, headboard frame, side rails and support members, complete with decorative carved headboard and shaped footboard/legs as shown in the drawings. The mattress platform shall consist of 18 mm thick teak wood boarding fixed over the teak wood framework. The headboard of height 650 mm shall be upholstered with 32 mm thick high-density foam covered with approved upholstery fabric and decorative quilting pattern as shown. The bed shall be designed to accommodate a 100 mm thick mattress. All exposed teak wood surfaces shall be machine-finished, smooth planed, sanded and finished with approved melamine polish, preserving the natural grain of the timber.
