REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING, ROOF SHEET AND ROOF TREATMENT IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER AGE BR (SOUTH) OF GE (SOUTH) BANGALORE

Dismantling of old water proofing treatment over roof any type and roof tiling including screed bed PCC, Mud Phuska etc. and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof/Chajjas kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered as in coving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 on floor/roof /Chajjas surfaces mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished the surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed.(WPC will be measured and paid separetly)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces of roof with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane 3mm as per IS 16540/16532-2017 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforced polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge fixed with J- hook bolt and nut complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.including 6mm thick GI hanger complete all as specified and as directed. S&F for PVC insulation panels 10mm with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification complete all as specified.

S&F 4mm thick decorative type Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid as in ceiling/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium ramework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.
