The scope of work includes providing, supplying, and fixing of toilet accessories, complete as per CPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing retro-reflective Toilet / Emergency Sign Board made out of 3 mm thick superior quality sunboard sheet of approved make and shade, with background in green colour and letters/symbols/arrows in white colour, including screen printing/vinyl pasting with approved design, matter and graphics as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete. The sign board shall be of size 30 cm × 46 cm, having smooth finished edges and fixed in position with suitable adhesive, stainless steel screws, rawl plugs, double sided tape or other approved arrangement as required at site, including all cutting, drilling, necessary fittings and fixtures complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Toilet Sign Board with Braille signage for Male Toilet, Female Toilet and Accessible Toilet, having bilingual text in Hindi & English along with standard pictogram symbols and Braille lettering, fabricated out of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet of grade SS-304 with matt/satin finish, of size 20 cm × 20 cm, including engraving/etching/laser cutting/UV printing of approved matter, symbols and Braille as per approved design and accessibility norms, complete.The board shall be fixed in position with stainless steel studs, screws, rawl plugs, high strength adhesive or other approved fixing arrangement as required at site, including all cutting, drilling, polishing, finishing, necessary fittings and fixtures, etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying bath towel made of superior quality 100% cotton terry fabric of minimum 400 GSM, soft texture, highly absorbent, colour fast and machine washable, of approved size, shade and make, including complete, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying original liquid hand wash refill pouch of approved make and fragrance, suitable for regular hand hygiene use, having effective cleansing properties with skin-friendly formulation, packed in original sealed manufacturer’s pouch/container of 1350 ml and complete all as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying 2-ply toilet paper roll made of soft tissue paper of approved quality, hygienic, biodegradable and suitable for standard toilet paper dispensers, having uniform perforation, adequate length/weight and including complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying bathroom air freshener gel pocket/block of approved make, having minimum net content of 30 grams, suitable for toilet and bathroom use, with instant and long-lasting fragrance effect, complete in original sealed packing, including cost of all materials, packing, handling, loading, unloading, carriage, transportation and all incidental charges complete, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying plain pedal bin with plastic bucket and lid (10*15 inch 11ltr) stainless steel dustbin (silver) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying bamboo dustbin made out of good quality treated bamboo strips/reed of approved pattern and finish, aesthetically woven and properly bound over suitable frame structure, having size 30 cm dia at bottom, 45 cm dia at top and 60 cm height, complete with smooth finishing, durable construction and suitable for indoor/outdoor use, including necessary binding, polishing/coating treatment, handling, loading, unloading, carriage, transportation and all incidental charges complete, as approved and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
