Removal of Peepal Plants, Chemical Treatment, and Repair/ Sealing of Surfaces for Residential Flats and Official Buildings at BHEL Township, Sector-17, Noida

Removal of Peepal plants including cutting and extraction of visible and embedded roots from walls, parapets, and roofs of buildings using manual or mechanical means. The item includes provision of scaffolding, ladders, or crane (as required) to safely access work locations for all related activities covered under BOQ Item Nos. 1 to 6, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Application of eco-safe approved chemical/herbicide to the root zone area to prevent regrowth, including all labour, material, and safety arrangements.

Repair of damaged wall/roof surfaces including removal of loose material, cleaning, applying washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 15 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge, and finishing to match existing surface.

Sealing of cracks and joints using waterproof crack filler/sealant compound including surface preparation and curing as required.

Disposal of all removed plant material, debris, and waste as per municipal/environmental guidelines to a location within BHEL Township approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Lumpsum amount for removal of waste of total work area from S. No. 1 to 5)
