Maintenance of DG set of any make, type, model as per set norms of the original manufacturer set and by the authorised rep of the company after unscrewing nut, bolts, screws etc. for servicing, maintenance, tigthtening, adjustment & cleaning of all moving and stationary parts of DG set, complete and segregating the parts for repair/ refixing/ replacing of capacity 15KVA , complete all as specified and directed. Repair of faulty worn out control wiring DC/AC for engine starting and off, with adequate and suitable size copper conductor wire, connected with proper copper lugs & terminals through protection pipe/casing, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of worn out/faulty internal wiring of controls and timers, indicating/measuring instruments through various control fuses and relays with suitable and adequate size of copper conductor wire, connected with suitable copper lugs and terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of worn out small control fuses, indicating lamps, various type of copper lugs, thimbles terminals all as deemed necessary or directed including minor spare parts and components in order to make system serviceable and perfectly in working order , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing battery charging dynoma including replacing worn out/unserviciable spares up to the capacity of 63 KVA all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing self starfer including replacing worn out/unserviciable spares up to the capacity of 63 KVA all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacing the unserviciable AVR of DG sets up to the capacity of 63KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, Power contractor 3 pole 63 Amps 415 volts operating coil , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair, Power contractor 3 pole 100 Amps 415 volts operating coil , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairs to unserviceable street/security lights/Flood lights fittings of LED, of any wattage and size by taking down from poles any size/buildings after disconnecting the electric connection, replace the unserviceable drive ,PVC connector etc, cleaninng, refixing the light fittings at its original position after rectifying the defects and connecting to street light feeder including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of parts like drive , will be measured and paid seperatily as supply only (ii) The cost of labour ,tools and minor spares required for replacement of parts shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Taking down the existing light fittings multi mounting brackets from High Mast Pole/Structure (12 mtrs High) for repairs/replacing the defective parts and refixing the same in original position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts i.e. unserviciable ignitor, ballast, capacitor from control gear box , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of size 2.5Sqmm 2 core (from junction box to street light fitting mounted on steel tubular/PCC pole) including taking down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capcity up to 60W all as specified and and directed.

Supply and fixing electronic drive suitable for LED street light /Flood light of capcity up to 70W to 180 all as specified and and directed.

Supply and fixing Water pump for DG sets suitable upto to the capacity upto 63 KVA including diamantling and refixing the accessories of prime mover all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE fire retardent,non fusing,shock and rust proof, pole mounted, hinged door size minimum 300X200X100mm comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp with 6Amp MCB including clamps with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking out and reinstalling 1.5 hp electric motor for high mast after repair/rewinding of motor all as specified and directed.(Cost of taking motor upto workshop and repair deemed to include in the quoted rate)

Material and Labour for cleaning of diesel tank of DG set of any capacity including replacement of worn out pipe line and measuring scale and fixing in original position and make it leak proof with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out FIP from DG set, of cap upto 63 transportation to authorised service centre for repair /maintenance and refixing to DG set including replacement of necessary spare parts such as Plunzers, governer kit with pin , Nozzels , Head ball guide kit, Head sheet , Rock rod, Rollar bearing , oil seal, piston & rings pin, jain kit and sleeves complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of fully automatic battery charger suitable for 12V battery upto the capacity of 180AH having Ammeter and charge cut option complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 60W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and diredted. Make-Crompton Cat part Num-LSTP-60-CDL-M,or equivalent as per Appendix 'B' List of approved makes.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 200W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 for high mast complete all as specified and directed. Make :Crompton LFLN-200-CDL-60/M OR equivalent as in APPENDIX ‘B’ List of approved makes.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED street light fitting 45W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing power LED with heat resistant toughned glass IP 66 complete all as specified and directed. Make-Crompton cat part No-TRP-417-45-57-SL-LM-NBK or equivalent as per Appendix 'B' List of approved make.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED High Bay light fitting 70W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with tapered fin design and excellent thermal management along with IP66 protection. complete all as specified and directed. Make-Crompton cat part No-LFLN11-70-CDL/60 or equivalent as per Appendix B List of approved makes.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED flood light fitting 140W AC 230V 50 Hz powder coated pressure die cast alluminum housing Circular LED Flood Light with tapered fin design and excellent thermal management along with IP66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Make-Crompton cat part No-LFLN11-140-CDL/60 or equivalent as per Appendix B List of approved makes.

Supplying and fixing in repair On-load type Changeover switch 100A, 4-pole, 415 volt, open execution type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T/Havells/BCH/Schneider

Demolition of concrete foundation and taking out existing pcc poles and removal of pole to store for reuse or credit and disposal of dibris outside MOD land, including disconnecting and taking down old street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/erecting in true vertical position ,Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 MTR Long complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and pcc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping incuding necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and mass concrete filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down ,cross arms of ms channel or angel channel or angle section ,including clamps bolt washers etc , and removal ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, painting two coats of aluminium paint to steel tubular poles of any description (external surface only) including MS cross arms etc making of 5 strips of width 300mm each (03 Nos Sky blue and 2 No. white) writing pole No. with black paint with letters/figures in girth 3 inch, including preparation of old painted surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacing the unserviceaable Volatge monitoring relay of AMF panel of DG sets up to the capacity of 63KVA and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of alternator upto 30 kva KVA DG set of of any make at site 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and transportation to workshop,dismantling the alternator and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the alternator after replacement of ball bearing rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will provide labour, machinery , tools, crane, transportion required.(ii) All parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items (iii) Fixing charges of parts/spares are incl in quoted rates.

Material and Labour for detecting of fault in LT UG cable with fault locator equipment to locate the fault in LT cable of any length any size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall, under road etc and locate the fault manualy, rectify the defect and relaying cable including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation/earth work, joint and any other item shall be measured & paid separately under relevent item .

Making / drilling / boring hole under road / plinth for crossing electrical cables / pipes manualy or with the help of machine as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying old serviceable bricks reused for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 6 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates.
