NOTE: Spare parts like ball bearings, shafts, fan blades, copper winding shall be replaced only if found damaged and certified by Engineer-in-charge. If spares are replaced, they shall be measured and paid separately as SUPPLY ONLY. A book shall be maintained for record of servicing and replacement of spares with MES Nos. of fans.

M&L for repairs to point wiring for light/fan/socket by cutting , removing and replacing the burnt/ unserviceable length of wire with new FRLS Cable with copper conductor of size 1.5/2.5Sqmm size as per site requirement, replacing the saddles and refixing the old loose/ hanging conduit/ casing caping complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate inclusive of FRLS cable and other minor accessories.

NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS ABOVE: (i) One Electrician and one helper shall be deputed daily to JE E/Ms office during office hours to ascertain the repairs to be carried out for lights under his AOR. (ii) Necessary arrangements for carrying out repairs shall be under taken by the contractor.
