Annual rate contract for providing name plates/white writing board and soft board in R. G. Bhawan, New Delhi for the year 2022-23

Supply & fixing of single name plate (Bi-lingual) made of 2mm thick stainless sheet with embedded colour alpha numeric signage with provision of adequate holes for fixing on the wall or door and to be fixed with the help of 4nos. Screw/PVC fastener or as required as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing single Name plate (Bi-Lingual) made of 3mm thick plastic sheet with message & graphics dully plotter cut to be fixed on the wall with the help of screw/ PVC fastener or as required as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of name plate (Bi-lingual) made of 2mm thick brass sheet with embedded colour alphanumeric signage fixed on wooden base duly polished with adequated arrangement for fixing on wall or door as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of brass letter (hindi and english) of height 2" cut from brass sheet 4mm or 6mm thick fixed on wooden frame as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (wooden frame to be paid separately).

Supply and fixing of wooden plate on which brass letter is to be fixed duly polished as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Pin-up board of required size with edges covered with aluminium frame and surface of board should be covered with velvet pin up cloth as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of white writing board of required size with edges covered with aluminium frame as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & placing of placing height adjustable stainless steel grade 304 stands / podium made of 3 inch pipe and one & half inch at top with adjustable with locking arrangements. The top frame is of acrylic sheet of size 45X60 cm. the base of stands is fixed to round plate and top is with 20cmm & 20 cm stainless steel plate to give support acrylic sheet as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) frame made of Hollow tubes, channels, etc., for providing signage boards at required places as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The tubalar frame shall be embedded in cement concrete on floor/ road and the signage plates shall be welded on the frame (the signage plates, excavation and providing and placing cement conrete shall be paid seperately).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) Ordinary rock

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
