Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.50sqm each including opening of joints of brickwork or masonary for taking out old hold fasts and cleaning,cutting pinning and making good the existing holes to proper size for receiving the PCC of new hold fast completed all.

All as per srl item No. 1 here-in-before but exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening after resecuring or easing.

S&F for pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 125x60mm for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified.

All as per item no 4 above here-in-before but size 165x60mm with double rebate.

S&F 40mm thick Flush door shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type, one facs are covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing as per specification.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of steel chowkhats complete all as specified.

Taking down aluminium windows shutters only (area exc 0.5 sqm but not exc 1.5 sqm each) and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket & new aluminium cleats of existing make and also refixing the locks & rollers in existing position with and including new screws including refixing the window shutters in same opening complete all as specified & directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window , ventilator etc fixed / sliding or pull and push type in shutter frames or shutters with two/three track sliding aluminium frame of Jindal /Hindalco (or) Equivalent make of approved size, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, including necessary anodised aluminium fittings like handles etc complete all as fixed in reapairs all as specified as per manufacturers instructions.
