Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's with MCB and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old serviceble any types of lumanirious like Tube light set, ceilling light, building security light etc, C/Fan, E/Fan, wall mounted fan including all necessary fixing accesories, flexible wiring from ceilling rose to items complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Minor repairing like ball bearing, overhaulling for fans, cleaning, nut & bolts, screw etc are including in the quoted rate against this item.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric FRLS cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in surface wiring or concealed wiring system as per original ground requirement by cutting/chesing of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall with cement morter and existing colour painting after fixing of conduit & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,laying of cables etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for 50 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness only shall be measured.

Supply and laying dry well burnt locally available brick sub class'B' modular bricks laid flat with width equal to the length of whole bricks over cable as cable protection complete all as spcified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rigid non metallic PVC casing caping ISI marked, medium grade,not less than 100 mm base size inclusive of all fitting such as tees,bends. Junction boxes, elbows saddles hooks,couples and lock outs etc fixed on surface mounted complete and making good disturbed surfaces in repairs all as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing indoor LT Panel Board factory made CPRI approved panel, weather, dust & vermin proof outdoor cubical compartmental type, double door, front and back side openable, with providing rubber/PVC gasket of suitable size all sides of door, with copper busbar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves with maintained the colour code and copper strip busbar of suitable rating to MCCB input and MCCB output of suitable capacity, made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet with 40 x 40 x 6mm size angle iron supporting frame and MC 75 channel base including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire and connections of all outgoing / incomming including PCC foundation complete all as directed and specified and comprising of the following fitment accessories :-
