Dismantling and removing 2.5cm th grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials , all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade ncluding cost, conveyance and taxes of all the materials, labour etc complete including 1% cess as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Aluminium door with OEL anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of joining angle No 1855 including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint on new etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Weather coat two coats including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour and T & P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Chief. (SoR -2022 New Miscellaneous Items Page No. 223)

Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
