To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should havein the last five years i.e.2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 95.00 Lakhs.

The bidder shall have to submit the Similar Nature of Work Experience.Work order & Work Done Certificate and only work order copy will not be considered as Work done certificate.

Work orders which also include other works such as flower decoration, stage, furniture, general lighting will not be considered for single work of similar nature of value 48.00lakhs

Esceuted in ant One year, the minimum quantities of work of Supplying and installing of L-Acoustics, RCF, Meyer Sound, EV, Line Array Flying sound system for a minimum of 25,000 people gathering places.

The tenderer should have a qualified and certified Sound Engineer as world renowned artists will be performing at Mysore Dasara. Certificate of Sound Engineer qualification from certified Audio Institutions to be submitted

Custom made Equipments, Ahuja, Chinese equipments like Nexo, Real, British Acoustics are not acceptable

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate that of Availability by owning at least 50% of the required /specified key and critical equipment for this work and the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are to be uploaded

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate that the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are to be uploaded

Cultural Programs are organized during the Dasara Festivities-2026 fromm 11/10/2026 to 20/10/2026. If the program dates were changed, Bidder should be ready to carry out the work on the changed dates.

Work should be carried out as per the directions of Engineer in charge and to be completed within Specified date and time from the date of work order.

Care should be taken while carrying out the work and should not damage any properties /assets of the Mysore Palace Board. If any damage occurs same has to be set righted by the Agency at their own cost.

If any accident occurs to Tenderer personnels, Tenderer will be whole responsible and Mysore Palace Board will not give any compensation to the injurer

Deputy Director, Palace Board, Mysore reserves the right to Accept or Reject the tender without giving any reasons.

The amount quoted by the tenderer should be Exclusive of GST.

The contract is covered by Mysore Palace Board terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency the MPB terms and conditions shall prevail.

The Tenderer Shall provide Suitable Tech Rider, Keyboards and Sound Equipments required by internationally reputed artists who are performing in Dasara 2026 Cultural Programs and as they arenot be ready for any quality compromise in their technical requirements to perform. The Cost shall be bearable by the Tenderer itself & Mysuru Palace Board is not resposible for this.
