Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 meter above ground and removal of rubbish up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Cutting in earth work by mechanical mean in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD norms.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Disposal of excavated earth by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

FORM WORK/R.C.C. WORK CHAPTER-4&5

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

CEMENT CONCRETE CHAPTER-4

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE CHAPTER-4

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Extra for addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 6 mm, effective diameter 10-40 microns and specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 in cement plaster/mortar by using 125 gms. of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kgs. cement used in cement mortar as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

BRICK WORK CHAPTER- 6

WOOD WORK CHAPTER-9

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc Saal wood up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with planks over lapping each other and jointed with wood screws (frame work to be paid for separately) 1st class deodar wood. 25 mm thick up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. PAVING & FLOORING CHAPTER-11

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and Fixing 12mm thick class 33 AC-5 Green lam/ pergo or equivelent make in wooden shade laminate flooring complete in all respect including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying machine cut, mirror polished, Italian Marble stone flooring laid in required pattern in linear portion of the building all complete as per architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the marble shadeincluding rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab, Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Grassing with carpet imported grass Barhmuda / Mexican including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass from a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed and proper mixed with imported earth and sludge or manure as per specification including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

CEMENT PLASTER

STEEL WORK CHAPTER- 10

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing of MS Decorative ornamrntal Bracket made of MS Hollow / 50x50x6 , and other sections as per elevation/ drawing of size 1.67x 1.50

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainlesssteel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

ROOFING WORK CHAPTER-12

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.62 mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges of TATA Make.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge of TATA make.

Providing and fixing flushing 38cm overall with 0.62 mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge of TATA make.

Providing & fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm overall semicircular prepainted g.i. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size bolts & nuts with washers etc. including making necessary connection withrain water pipe complete as per design in 0.63 mm th. Sheet up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site. of TATA Make.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and fixing Asphalt shingle sheet roofing with ridge of Saint Gobian of approved thickness J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 10 mm diameter up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 110mm diaup-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

FINISHING CHAPTER-13.00

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete up-to all lead and lifts

Applying priming coat on new concrete /masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer up-to all lead and lifts

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint acid resisting brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two or more coats up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm up-to all lead and lifts as per the diretion of Engineer in Charge at site.
