Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using fly ash bricks of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./cm2 dimensional tolerance + 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least of six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors.

12mm (½”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying & laying of precast, interlocking concrete block of 80mm thick of approved design and filling the joints with sand on the prepared surface including cost of all charges etc. complete as per M.OR.D specification .

Supply fitting & fixing of full body heavy duty Parking Tiles ) of approved make quality & color including cost of all charges etc. complete as per M.OR.D specification .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Supplying fitting and fixing angle iron truss / rafter / purlin made out of M.S. angle iron of approved section in roof frame including drilling holes and supplying nuts and bolts with cement concrete (1:2:4) on walls using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20mm size not exceeding 25%) including watering, curing, cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the weight of angle iron only and the weight of nuts and bolts will not be taken into consideration).

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. iron grill made out of M.S.flat of 20mmx6mm & frame made out of 35mmx 35mm x6mm size M.S. angle iron of approved design as directed by Engineer-in-charge and placing in proper position including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect.
