Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders as per SS20B.

Sand filling in foundation good river sand including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., Complete.

CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISSHBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering within 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

CC 1:3:6 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering within 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, Compacting and watering within 200m lead for good water etc., complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Provision for Name Board Charges
