Laying of 33 kV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE cable including digging of trench 1250 mm deep, 750 mm wide along with required material Sand (0.195 Cub/Mtr), Ist class bricks (26.25 Nos/Mtr), stone pad (2.2 Nos size 600x750x50 mm). The inter axial spacing between two cable should be in between 0.32 M to 0.40 M. (As per JE instruction) and back filling the trench by soil (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 kV XLPE cable)

33 kv3x300 Sq. Mm XLPE cable laying in MS/GI pipe 150mm dia single circuit (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except cable) as per resspo norms.

33 kv 3x300 sq. mm XLPE cable laying in RCC Pipe S/C.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kvcables)as per resspo norms.

Cable laying by drill method HDD single circuit with HDPE/GI/MS Pipe. 150mm dia (All the material shall be provided by the contractor except 33kvcables)

Hoisting of 33 kv 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable on D/P with GI Pipe dia 6" its jumpring complete with clamps , nuts and bolts .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except33kv cables & O/D J/K. )as per RESSPO NORMS

Providing ,fixing & grouting of stone cable route marker on cable route .displaying feeder name, voltage & depth.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

Painting of 33 kv feeder Name on the Cable Exposure, End Type Double Pole & Cable stand as per instruction of site engineer

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" Class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level(minimum 30 mtr. Deep )as per standard practice (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied items )as per resspo norms.

Earthing of indoor/Outdoor equipment's & structures by means of M.S strip 50X6mm & connecting to pipe type earthing as per RESPO norms. Joints will be welded with high quality are welding.( All the material shall be provided by the contractor )as per RESPO norms

Construction of cable trench of size 300X300mm with cover.

Providing & fixing of Control cable tray with cover (CT,PT, VCB & T/F etc) .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

Painting of all structures & equipment. (All materials shall be provided by the contractor ).as per RESSPO Norms.

Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 (cement, fine sand & brick ballast ),1 st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) as per RESSPO norms.

Installation of 33KV VCB- complete work including commissioning

FABRICATION ,ERECTION & GROUTING OF ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtr. In height as per drawing No. RES 39.Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 Mtr. Providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20m.m gauge)of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtrx0.3 mm including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.

Assembling and installation of line / bus isolator on the isolator structure , In case of line isolator proper operator of earth links shall also be insured. The work includes fabrication for proper flexing if required.

LIGHTENING ARRESTOR /C.T.STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of lightening arrestor/CT structure/.as per drawing No. Res-39 Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.3x0.3Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtr X0.3Mtr including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.

Installation of PT/CTs on the PT/CT structure along with PT/C.T. junction box .(junction box provided by contractor).

Assembling and installation/ Mounting of lightning arrestors on the L.A. Structure as per Resspo norms.

Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr. Long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos.M.S Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of aluminium paint. This includes providing of four nos M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE Cable. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except M S Channel)

Providing and Laying of following size copper ,control cable through underground /cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to transformer control panel/protection board /Battery and Batter Charger /Relays 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33KV VCB, CT etc. as per conditions.

Jumpering of all equipment in switch yard with Panther conductor P.G.clams & proper size aluminium lugs including stringing Bus bar.

Providing & fixing of connector for CT , isolator etc.

Shifting carefully & installation of 33KV single feeder / transformer control panel in control room including its grouting & painting of Feeder/TF Name

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. For making straight through joint 33KV work included filling of soil levelling and ramming of the same .( S/Th Providing by department )

Providing & Fixing of rubber mat 2x1 sq. mtr.(To be supplied by the contractor)

Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 100x50 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50 mm(3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable etc. Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug as per RESSPO norms.(All material to be arranged by contractor except STP, MS Channel, MS Angle, 33 KV Pin Insulator, 33 KV Pin with nut &PVC cable).

Fabrication & erection of Single pole Support for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 33 KV V-type Cross arm1 no. etc.(All material except STP,X-arm Pin Insulator & Pin with nut shall be provided by the contractor)

Fabrication & erection of Section double pole for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. top channel 100X50 mm, bracing by MS Angle 65x65x6 mm, Danger Board, Barbed wire etc.

Fabrication, erection of end type double pole with one side cable exposure for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. top chennel 125×65 mm, bracing by MS Channel 65x65x6 mm, making cable dropper by MS Angle Iron 65x65x6mm etc.

Erection of 33 KV Stud pole on STP 11 Mtr Long as per RESSPO Norms (All material to be arranged by contractor except STP).

Grouting of STP in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per RESSPO norms.

Painting of STP with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality top 2 mtr PO Red paint and remaining al. Paint (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms.

Nozeling ,winding & grouting of stay set. (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire & stay set).

Fabrication and fixing of gaurding angle on single/double poles. Stringing and sagging of two nos.GI wire with cradle guarding of above 11 kv line as per RESSPO norms. Including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks. 1 No =ONE SPAN OF 40 Mtr, (All material except gurding angle & GI wire will be supplied by the contractor)

Cutting and chopping of tree braches of trees.

Scanning/Tracing of existing underneath power cables, water pipe line, gas pipe line, sewer pipe line on proposed route to avoid possibilities of any kind of damage during digging of trench/drilling for laying cable. (Scanning machine will be provided by the contractor)

Stringing,sagging,binding & jumpering of 3 phase 3 wire line with Panther conductor. (All the material except conductor will be supplied by the contractor)

Plotting of cable layout route & providing the map (i.e. depth Undernet and distance from either side of prominent reference fixed points). The reference must be not more intervals of 100 meter.(All material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

All earthing strip shall be painted by green color (All Material Shall be arranged by the contractor)
