M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm, in floors etc, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping plaste(whether ful thickness removed or part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness but above ground floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
