Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for demolition of cement concrete / cutting of road/floor/hard standing/tiles/walls/pole coping etc for laying of LT cables/pipes/earth lead with suitable mechanism complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cable, pipes and PCC for finishing / filling disturbed area shall be measure and paid for separately under relevant item)

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast-in-situ as mass filling, road filling, coping of pole ,around the pole and filling/finishing of disturbed area of road/floor/hard standing/tiles/walls and any other surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) pipe of bore (inner dia) not less than 50 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) pipe of bore (inner dia) not less than 100 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) New cable may be laid down at separate location or route and old unsv cable may be retrieved from separate location as per site requirement . (iii) Size , type and quantity of cable will be issued in credit as actual found at site.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling, PCC and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipment , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing for automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs.
