Supply, Delivery, Testing & Comissioning of L.T. Cubical control panel with separate compartmentalised, dust & vermin proof totally enclosed with suitable size fabricated from high quality 14 SWG(2mm) thick CRCA/MS sheet reinforced with suitable size angle & flat structure with individual concealed hinged-capsule door for all compartments with lock, providing ventilation arrangement & free standing from floor mounting. The control panel will have suitable cable entry from the bottom through detachable gland plate to access sufficient nos. for incoming and outgoing cables and making complete connection, interconnection by providing suitable size and grade copper strip and sundry materials, proper earthing attachment by nut bolt in the body complete with 75mmX40mmX4.4mm of base channel. The control panel will be painted with powder coated finished paint (RAL 7032). The construction of the panel board must be as per latest I.S. and before construction of the panel materials & design must be approved by the EIC. seperate compartment for metering. Bus Bar Arrangement: Supply and fixing of 415V, 315A current carrying capacity electrolytic grade tinned copper BBC Apprx. area of each each Busbar should be 375 Sq bar to 400 Sq.mm bar (4 X 80mm X 5mm or Standard Busbar Size equivalent to the mentioned area each Busbar 375 to 400 Sq.mm ) in size for neutral & phases. The entire bars are insulated with PVC heat sinkable sleeve of suitable size & colour as per direction of E.I.C.
