Supply and making in replacement new LT 1100 V end termination with suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped for LT 3 ½ core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to transformer/LT panel and disconnecting brunt/fault cable from the bunch of cables in trenches, galleries, removing cable loop, opening the cable blank and connecting back after end terminals, testing and commissioning for (XLPE) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm and 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of the galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed and 20 mm GI pipe medium grade with funnel for watering and 40 mm GI medium grade pipe 7.5 mtr for GI earth strip protection from earth pit to test point & PCC for pit with white wash including CI pit cover 30 x 30 cm by taking down old unserviceable earthing. Note : Contractor should deposited test results of earthings.

Supply and laying in replacement GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm in trenches/fixed to walls/ transformer/LT panel /2 pole/4 pole with saddles and fixing screws etc., from earth pit to test point all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 cm thick mild steel vitreious enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional and boxes in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size all as specified and directed.

Repairs to LT / HT pillar box / cope point box by opening door hinges and taking rusted portion of door incl removing bends / dents and refixing the door with new hinges, handles, making good surfaces bolting etc all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge

S&Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class LV Type -1 with peak size 250 x 150 x 40 mm. compete all as specified and directed

(iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. M&L for cement painting with prepared white ( snow sem ) for transformer /LT /HT poles plinth area/ Copings of any size all as specified ( including scrapping & cleaning with wire brush )

Preparation of surfaces of steel Pole by scraping with emry paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and apply one coat of aluminum paint including letter writing on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with yellow strip radium circumference of poles / mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of the side cover of high mast light. Disconnection of the gear assembly of the mast. Cleaning the gear system by using old lub oil, checking its moving components, refilling of gear oil SAE 140 grade 0.5 ltrs

Decarbonising/cleaning complete LT Panel board/ pillar boes of 415/380/230 Volts 3 phase bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonising, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacementof defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.
