Excavation over area n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling,watering & well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated/demolished material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floor or in foundation incl watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of Broken Bricks of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, daposited, spread and levelled in layers nexc. 15 cm thick, waterred and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation, sub base for leveling course filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) type `A' joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound all as specified and directed.

Excavating soft/loose soil in post hole (or similar holes) each n.ex 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for Mild steel bolts. N exc 12 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strentth of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete reflective interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade as in floor etc. over and including 50 mm thick sand cussioning for laying of paver block complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - Colour and shape as decided by GE.

M & L for 150 mm bore salt glazed stoneware (SGSW) drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement sand mortar 1:1 with spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.
