Charpoy GI pipe M&L for removal of old /Unsv Nylon Newar from Charpoy GI Nylon Newar and S&F of 12 mm thick BWR Phenol bonded,superior bond strength, Resistence to moisture , water proof commercial plywood (Ist Quality)of size 2000 mm x 900 mm as in top of Charpoy GI pipe FD-220, by drilling 08 Nos holes, 03 Nos in each long rail and 02 nos each in short rail of charpoy GI Pipe through drilling machine for fixing of plytop including tightening the whole charpoy and provision of 50mm wide plywood strip made out of 6mm thick plywood for filling gap between plywood sheet and short rails including provision of bolts and nuts for fixing of plywood on charpoy GI pipe FD-220 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge . S&F of New GI check nut of 32mm ISI marked fixed in position and also tightening of all component of Complete GI Charpoy with and including dismantling, taking out and removal of old unserviceable GI Check Nut from GI Charpoy Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of new long rail 1.80 mtr long , made out of GI tubing 32mm bore (Med grade) ISI Marked both ends threaded fixed in position tightening of all component with and including dismantling, taking out and removal of old unserviceable old/broken threaded long rail from charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of short rail and fixing short rail made out of old long rail of GI Tubing 32 mm bore obtained from item No 3 above, make both end newly threaded fixed in position , tightening of all comppnent with and including dismantling, taking out and removal of old unserviceable old/broken threaded short rail from charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

supply and fixing of GI leg made out of old short rail of GI tubing 32 mm bore obtained from the serial No 4 above with cap welded on bottom and two nos of clamp each welded duly threaded one ends fixed in position , tightening of all comppnent with and including dismantling, taking out and removal of old unserviceable old/broken threaded short rail from charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

supply and fixing of GI Elbow 3 way of 32 mm ISI Marked weight of elbow not less than 450 gms fixed in position ,and also tightening of all comppnent with and including dismantling, taking out and removal of old unserviceable GI Elbow from charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Provision of supply and fixing of 03 Nos MS flat iron 900mmx 40 mmx4 mm thick fixed to GI pipe with self drilling bolts 5.5 mmx 55 mm long with suitable washers each flat iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with 02 nos screw of suitable size and length as directed by Engr- in- Charge by drilling the holes in flat iron with and including the all exposed surfaces of flat iron shall be painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of black over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

supply and fixing of MS flat iron 900mmx 40 mmx4 mm thick fixed to GI pipe with self drilling botls 5.5 mm 55 mm long with suitable washers each flat iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with 02 nos screw of suitable size and length as directed by BSO by drilling the holes in flat iron with and including the all exposed surfaces of flat iron shall be painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of black over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling taking out of removal of old unserviceable flat iron form charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge
